Charlie Ragonesi Managing Broker Charlie has been a North Georgia Resident for 22 years. Before that he worked on Wall Street as a Bank Officer. Charlie has held a Real Estate license in New York and in Georgia. His personal goal when founding All Mountain Realty is to Capture the spirit of the mountains and pass on the experience to his new neighbors. All Mountain Realty combines old fashion customer service with New high Tech tools to make your mountain buying or selling experience an excellent one.

Linda Carrig has been a Realtor for several years and has lots of experience living and playing in the North Georgia Mountains, having purchased her home in Big Canoe and  actively participating in the surrounding communities. Linda was involved in Property management for twenty five years before moving over to the Real Estate Sales part of the business. She worked for MetroBrokers in Peachtree City and became well versed in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Income Property and First Time Home Buying. She especially enjoys helping families preserve their real estate gains and having those assets work for the them. Having come from an Air Force family, and then marrying a Naval Officer, Linda knows much about the trials and excitement of relocating both on the departing and arrival sides of a move. She strives to make all Real Estate transaction as simple as possible throughout North Georgia. She has two grown children and a husband that is a retirement poster boy!

Dan Johnson has been a resident of North Georgia and Atlanta most of his life. He has a background of management and business development, and has worked in economic development and city planning, prior to owning his own company. After selling his company, Dan retired in 2001 and began working part time to create economic opportunities in Vietnam where he once served as an infantry soldier. During this time, he also obtained his real estate license and began working with a specialty in selling property that could not be easily sold. Dan works hard to establish a selling price with the owner, getting the property ready to market and exploiting all the technology to bring buyers to the property.

John Rasmussen worked for several multinational companies as a sales manager for 32 years, in Denmark, England, Scotland and the United States.  During the last 30 years, he has also purchased and sold 41 residential and commercial properties as a private person, prior to obtaining his real estate license in 2006.  His past and current activities in real estate as an owner and investor give him a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry ranging from quality of construction to the importance of location.

This unique personal experience enables John to obtain the very best terms for his clients.  He currently is a resident of Big Canoe, which is a gated golf/tennis community located in the foothill mountains of North Georgia, one hour north of Atlanta.
